A Quiet LIFe
I help women in midlife to build quiet, sustainable habits around simple, flavourful food and daily movement for better health, more energy and greater vitality.
You already know more than you realise
You have read all the guidance and you have tried different approaches for you, but something is missing.
You are capable.
You are professional.
You trust yourself, except here: food, lifestyle, wellbeing.
Why do you doubt yourself?
It’s because of the noise, the wellness industry, the next health craze, the latest health hacks.
You know what works for you; we just need a little time to reset.
Something clients say to me often is “I want more life.”
They now have more time for their life, and realise that something is lost — their vibrancy, their confidence, their life.
Step into your quiet life
The quiet habits I’ve developed are intentionally simple, accessible and sustainable.
Habits to build at your pace. I’ll support you to cultivate these habits until they belong to you.
The quiet habits are an antidote to the noise — the noise around all the things you should or could be doing to lead a healthy life as you age. The volume of information is overwhelming, conflicting and it’s difficult to know what to trust and how to do it.
How do we work together?
My one-to-one programmes, hands on workshops and newsletters are built around developing these quiet health habits. Small, easy actions — going for a walk, growing a pot of herbs, having a proper breakfast and repeating these simple actions and noticing the changes. Reconnecting with yourself.
A Quiet Life newsletter
A free fortnightly newsletter landing quietly in your inbox. Not more noise but thoughtful articles, my perspective on food and lifestyle habits, a seasonal recipe and inspiration for living.
“Your newsletters are a joy to read.” — newsletter reader
One-To-One COaching

This brings together the food and lifestyle habits that compound over time — the small habits that help you to reconnect with food that energises and sustains you. You’ll practise skills until they become part of your daily routine, and together we’ll restore your confidence in your decisions and in your body

My story
I am a nutrition coach, an educator, an author. I specialise in female wellbeing.
I spent 20 years teaching and working in education publishing, before retraining in women’s health and nutrition.
The connective threads within my professional life have been to help others build skills and knowledge to possess a strength and confidence that will carry them through their lives.
I created A Quiet Life to help women learn how to bring together daily habits, and essential knowledge so they can improve their health and wellbeing — slowly, simply and at their pace.
Quiet habits that nourish and sustain you in a quiet life that is your own — sourced from science, based on biology — leading to real results for real women.
Reconnect with yourself.
